AWT Associates Ltd (we/us/our/the Company) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

Information you give us

All client information apart from their name is deleted upon completion of your Services.

We receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. We also work closely with, receive information about you from and/or send information about you to our subcontractors and agents, as well as information source suppliers. These parties collect, receive and send your personal information, including your name and telephone number. We rely upon your consent to use and process the data described above. This data is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, and we also rely on this as a lawful basis to use and process this data.

Information collected about your Target /Contract

The third parties described above also collect, receive and send information about your Target/Contract, including name, address, telephone number, email addresses, current and prior mailing addresses, court appearances, birth records, marriage records and spousal information, business and company information, photographic and video footage, location details and background information. We do not control how third parties handle a Target’s personal data. All Target/Contract information apart from their name is deleted upon completion of your Services

This processing is necessary for your legitimate interests, and we rely on this as a basis for processing Target data.

Where we store your personal data

All information you provide to us is stored on our servers (cloud storage and internal databases), in hard copies and on password-protected company and subcontractor devices. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and management procedures to safeguard and secure the data we collect. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your enquiries, the processing of your payment details and/or the provision of support services.
